Thank you for shopping with Hollywood Henna! We take pride in delivering fresh, handcrafted henna products with care and transparency. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 3 business days.


2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

  • Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders—check our homepage for current offers.


3. Delivery Estimates

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S. only)

  • Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Hollywood Henna currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • If you don’t receive tracking info within 5 days, please contact us at niru@hollywoodhenna.com.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

  • We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
